IAB New Zealand Members have the unique opportunity to shape the future of digital advertising at the upcoming IAB New Zealand Mix & Mentor event with AUT and UoA students. This initiative is more than just an event, it’s a chance to inspire, guide, and empower the next generation of digital advertising practitioners.
By sharing your experience and insights, you’ll help demystify the industry, spark curiosity, and open doors for students curious to learn. Together, we can create a collaborative space where future talent feels supported, confident, and excited to join the industry.
What you can expect in this two-hour session:
🎤 An open Q&A for students with a panel of IAB New Zealand Chairs and Vice Chairs (see speakers below) via Slido.
📊 An event designed to help students learn how the industry works.
🤝 Meet and engage with the AUT and UoA students curious about the Aotearoa digital advertising industry in a relaxed networking session. (Light refreshments included.)
Mentorship Opportunity
A limited number of 6-month mentorships with AUT and UoA students will be offered after the event. These are optional for both Members and students and you are welcome to attend the event without signing up to be a student mentor. Mentorships are limited and not guaranteed. Please let us know when you register if you are interested in mentoring, and select your areas of interest. Please make sure you read and understand the mentorship Terms & Conditions.
