Global Media Retail Lead, Diageo & Retail Media Consultant
Roger is the Global Lead for retail media at Diageo, the worldwide leader in premium drinks with over 200 brands across 180 countries. He has held previous leadership roles in retail media, including APAC SVP at CitrusAd and Head of Retail Media ANZ at Criteo. Prior to this he was the founder and general manager of GroupM Commerce.
A LinkedIn ‘Top Voice’, RETHINK Retail ‘Top Retail Expert 2024 & 2025’ and winner of ‘Retail Media Leader of the Year’ at both the Unmade/REmade Awards and Path to Purchase Institute (P2PI) Retail Media Awards, he brings over 20 years’ experience in building businesses and driving commercial outcomes across all aspects of the retail media ecosystem - including advertiser, agency, adtech, publisher and consultancy roles. Roger has played an active role on the IAB Australia Retail Media Council, WFA Retail Media Committee and was a founding member of the advisory panel for the ‘Retail Media Pioneers’ event and ‘REmade’ Australia. Sally Tobin is a recognised leader in retail media and commerce marketing, with deep expertise helping brands and agencies navigate the intersection of commerce media, measurement and shopper behaviour. As the ANZ Founder and former APAC Managing Director of Mars United Commerce (now part of Publicis Groupe), she pioneered new products in the local markets, including launching Marilyn - the world’s first commerce measurement platform - along with the widely referenced Retail Media Report Card ANZ, now in its 4th edition.
A passionate advocate for smarter marketing, Sally has shaped global conversations on measurement and media effectiveness, from chairing the board of directors for SHOP! ANZ (2019-23), to presenting on the world stage at EuroShop in Germany and leading discussions at REmade. Today, she invests in, and advocates next-generation ventures that help brands and agencies work smarter, measure better and unlock meaningful growth.

Ben Allman is a Sydney-based media and ad-tech professional with over 15 years' experience spanning Out-of-Home (OOH), Retail Media, Online and Television. As Regional VP with leading OOH and Retail Media platform, Broadsign, Ben works with brands, agencies, media owners and retailers in making it easier to buy, sell and manage OOH and Retail Media campaigns. In 2020, Ben was appointed Chair of the IAB Australia Digital-Out-of-Home (DOOH) Council, where he led the group’s efforts in advocating for the benefits of DOOH amongst buyers until 2024. Ben is currently an active member of the IAB Australia Retail Media Council.

Lachlan Brahe is the former General Manager of Retail Media at Cashrewards, where he led strategic initiatives to drive business growth and platform development. Previously, Lachlan served as Head of Retail Media for The Endeavour Drinks Group, where he led the successful launch of MixIn, its retail media business. He sits on the Advisory board of Australia’s only Retail Media focused conference: REmade and is the Chair of the IAB Australia Retail Media Council.
Prior to this, Lachlan served as the Managing Director of Reprise at IPG Mediabrands, launching one of the first retail media buying and planning teams in the market. Then he joined Criteo to pioneer the launch of their retail media platform across APAC, collaborating with prominent retailers and marketplaces such as eBay, Flipkart, and Alibaba.
