Winner of multiple ‘Retail Media Leader of the Year’ awards, Roger brings over 20 years' experience spanning advertiser, agency, adtech, publisher and consultancy. He serves on IAB Australia and WFA retail media councils, and was a founding advisor for ‘Retail Media Pioneers’. Sally is a retail media and commerce marketing leader known for driving innovation in measurement and shopper behaviour. As ANZ Founder and former APAC MD of Mars United Commerce (now Publicis Groupe), she launched Marilyn, the world’s first commerce measurement platform, and the influential ANZ Retail Media Report Card. Sally chaired SHOP! ANZ (2019–2023), spoke globally at EuroShop, and led key sessions at REmade. She is a passionate advocate for smarter marketing and now supports next-gen ventures that help brands and agencies unlock growth through better media performance and measurement practices.
