Dean is a Senior Marketing Manager responsible for Media, Marketing Technology and Analytics for Trade Me, the biggest Marketplace for new and used goods in New Zealand. His team are responsible for utilising their data to deliver customer outcomes across Direct and Digital channels. Prior to Trade Me, Dean lived and worked in Melbourne for 6 years, experiencing both agency side at Oracle Responsys and client-side at Suncorp Group. 

Mark Wolfenden
Director of Digital & Loyalty | Countdown

Mark is currently Director of Digital & Loyalty at Countdown, New Zealand's largest eCommerce retailer. Previously Mark held senior roles across the UK and NZ in eCommerce, digital and strategy consulting including helping global retailers develop multi-channel and eCommerce strategies. In the UK he launched an eCommerce channel for Sainsbury's clothing before moving to New Zealand to work at The Warehouse and My Food Bag driving profitable revenue growth. At Countdown he is working across the loyalty, digital and eCommerce portfolio within a newly revised agile operating model to empower teams to unlock more value using customer insights, data and an increased focus on growing capability to ensure continued digital leadership in the grocery sector.

Tina is a Marketing Technology Consultant and Account Director responsible for both MarTech and AdTech solutions at Salesforce helping leading New Zealand brands engage with their customers in the moments that matter. 

Returning to New Zealand in 2021 following 13 years working in Sydney, Tina has spent over 6 years with Salesforce empowering customers predominantly across Retail, Hospitality and Travel and Insurance, to unlock customer value with data and build trusted relationships at scale, moment by moment.

Tomas Tappin
Co-Founder | Two Dudes

Tomas is a Co-Founder of Kiwi start-up, Two Dudes. Their brand makes natural bathroom products for men and has been built on a foundation of direct-to-consumer eCommerce. Prior to launching Two Dudes Tomas was a B2B eCommerce Lead at HEINEKEN Asia Pacific, rolling out digital sales platforms across Singapore and New Zealand.
