This led to his journey on the SSP side at Pedestrian Group and finally to StackAdapt, one of the world's leading DSP partners. Krishan plays a pivotal role at StackAdapt, as the ANZ Sales Director, leading a world-class team across the region to help agencies and brands create exceptional campaigns for the most engaging customer experience.

Originally a software engineer by trade, Ashwin found digital advertising eight years ago, and hasn’t looked back since, having fallen in love with ad-tech. With cross-channel expertise in programmatic, search, social, native, audio and pDOOH, Ashwin enjoys the challenge of solving problems for the advertisers he works with. As the General Manager - Data and Performance at Acquire Data Driven Advertising, Ashwin combines his background in tech with his experience in advertising to create innovative technology-driven ad solutions for brands.

Ashwin won the IAB New Zealand Junior AdOps of the Year award in 2017 and joined the IAB New Zealand Programmatic Council in July 2022, and continues to find ways to add value to the New Zealand digital advertising industry.

Christina is a Group Digital Planning Director at FCB Media; she has over 12 years of digital media experience across three major agencies in Auckland with her last 7 years at FCB. She is especially passionate about the role digital plays within the user journey and using data and insights to enhance brand experiences for the consumer to improve business results.

Dishan Chougle

Dishan is a skilled digital media professional with over seven years’ experience in the Industry. He has demonstrated expertise in digital media strategy, programmatic and has a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.

Lisa Ison

Head of Digital Revenue | MediaWorks

Lisa is a leading expert on digital advertising and marketing with over 16 years’ experience in the industry. Her career in digital started at MSN NZ as the first salesperson in New Zealand selling the brand. Lisa then went on to start ad2one NZ where she launched over 15 global products into the New Zealand market, opening up opportunities to advertisers that they couldn't previously access. Following the success of ad2one Lisa then went onto launching Digital Commons, a third-party sales house with exclusive representation of a number of international products. In 2021 after a successful 7 years Lisa sold Digital Commons to MediaWorks. Lisa is now the Head of Digital Revenue for MediaWorks, continuing to grow the MediaWorks digital landscape and offering.
