Amelia is a strategic digital leader with over 20 years’ experience. After spending most of her career at media agencies, most recently in a Head of Digital role, Amelia moved across to run AUNZ buyer solutions and partnerships at Index Exchange. With a keen passion for digital, data and technology, this role enables her to deliver strategic support and guidance for agencies and marketers across the programmatic marketplace.

Jessica Miles: Country Manager ANZ - Integral Ads Science

Jessica Miles has been leading teams for over a decade to develop, deliver and delight clients across the globe. She has extensive ad tech experience, holding sales roles at InMobi, Pocketmath, and Fairfax Media, and is highly proficient in sales leadership, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement.

Jessica is the Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand at Integral Ad Science, the global leader in Media Quality. In this role, she leads the business’ commercial efforts, responsible for planning and executing the go-to-market strategy and business objectives. She is passionate about driving quality media through technology and represents Integral Ad Science on the IAB Executive Tech Council.

Being Harvard trained, she’s a highly proficient negotiator with an entrepreneurial flair and a focus on customer service.

Joanna Georges: Head of ANZ - Scope3

Joanna joined Scope3 as Head of ANZ in May 2023 to help advance Scope3’s mission to decarbonise media and advertising in Australia and New Zealand.

Based in Sydney, Joanna has an extensive network and deep experience in the digital media industry. She has over a decade in senior digital media roles including two years as Director of Data Partnerships, ANZ at The Trade Desk; Director of the Stitch Agency Australia; Managing Director ANZ of Mobilewalla and General Manager ANZ at Eyeota.

Jake Shelley: APAC Sales Director – Playground xyz

Jake has been in the media and marketing industry for over 10 years, specialising in data and measurement, with experience in spanning offline and online data, verification, and attribution. Jake is currently leading the commercial strategy for Playground xyz (acquired by GumGum in 2021) to bring attention to the industry - helping brands and agencies use attention as a consistent quality measure of media effectiveness to further drive client KPIs and business outcomes.

Harrison Boys: Head of Sustainability & Investment Standards, APAC Mediabrands

Harrison began his media career in New Zealand, specialising in digital media. He later joined IPG Mediabrands in London, where he held roles in media investment, emerging platforms, brand safety, and investment standards in the EMEA region. He returned to New Zealand in early 2022 and now works for IPG Mediabrands in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on Investment Standards and Sustainability for the media agency network. Additionally, he is currently pursuing a Masters in Sustainable Business.

Richard McRae: Head of Media & Digital Marketing One NZ

Richard has 15 years of experience working in media and marketing. He’s worked across media and creative agencies and has spent the past 4 years in a client-side role at One NZ. Rich is a specialist in media with a particular focus on digital.

Zane Furtado: GM Technology & Innovation, Acquire Data Driven Advertising

Zane leads the ad-tech and strategic partnerships at Acquire Data Driven Advertising, building the data-driven agency’s capabilities by exploring the latest technology that could benefit advertisers and brands. With extensive experience buying and selling media programmatically, Zane is always challenging publishers and tech vendors to drive better outcomes.
