Background
A large portion of Smith&Smith®’s windscreen repair and replacement business comes through insurance brokers. Smith&Smith® had just created a new service that made lodging claims easier for brokers. The problem: they didn’t have a database of brokers to communicate that new service to.
The ideal place to gather that database was at the national Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand conference. Smith&Smith® approached Method Studios with a brief to use their pre-booked exhibition hall booth to build that database, and, most importantly, to stand out from the crowd.
