Conversion rate
Conversion rate - Measure of success of an online ad when compared to the click-through rate. What defines a ‘conversion’ depends on the marketing objective; eg, it can be defined as a sale or request to receive more information, etc. The click-through rate simply measures the percentage of clicks an ad receives compared to the number of "impressions" shown. The conversion rate measures how many of the people who click on an ad then go on to complete a desired action (such as make a purchase, or fill out a form).
