US IAB Head talks about the challenges for the interactive market

Recently installed President of the IAB US, Randall Rotherburg, talks to Paidcontent.org about some of the challenges of growing the interactive market. One of the big challenges, he says, is that we need to learn not to speak "geekspeak" when talking about interactive marketing.

  You have to be able to talk to [marketers] in their language.  If you talk gobbledygook, geek language, you may get some of the mystery money, some of the little R&D money on the side, but certainly not the lion’s share. -Randall Rothenburg, President, IAB US

Rothenburg talks about user-generated content, measurement issues (including measuring rich-internet application that use Ajax and similar technologies), and how to make the most of the industry's current growth.
