Online Publisher Digital Advance today rolled out New Zealand's first website that brings together personal finance news and guides from New Zealand's most authoritative sources.

The New Zealand Press Association (NZPA), Sorted (sorted.org.nz) the Securities Commission and best selling personal finance author Mary Holm, have all made substantial contributions to the site's foundation content.

"guide2.co.nz's objective is to present the best independent voices in this area, to provide a broad and deep resource for New Zealanders" said Digital Advance founder, Matthew Harman.

The site will be updated daily with the latest news, topical guides and 'how to' material.

Guide2 is a one-stop shop for personal finance information that readers can trust, because the writers aren't selling any financial products or services.

"For those thinking personal finance --- whether that be saving, investment, home loans, the latest money news or any one of a wide range of other personal finance topics, they can now find what they need to know and who can help, in an accessible online format " said Harman.

apnfinda powers a comprehensive financial services business directory on guide2.co.nz - rounding off the site's offering.

A unique feature of the site is the ability for people to ask and have answered their own personal finance questions.

Guide2 researchers will hunt out answers to submitted questions and readers will be able to contribute to the pool of knowledge as well, through commenting.

"If the answer's not already there, we want to help you find it" said Harman.

“While everyone has questions relating to their personal finances, New Zealanders have had relatively few places to turn to find independent and impartial information.  Guide2 should help change that”.
