Australian online advertising to slow this year, review says

Australia’s A$1.7 billion ($1.1 billion) online advertising market is expected to suffer from falling volumes of classified advertisements and increasing Web site space this year, the Australian Financial Review said.
Growth in internet ads is set to slow “markedly” from the 30-60 percent annual rates of recent years, although it will remain the fastest growing media sector for advertising revenue, the newspaper reported, citing media buyers and analysts.
